Source hierarchy
- U.S. government health agencies and official drug information.
- Recognized nonprofit patient-education organizations.
- Peer-reviewed research or professional guidance when appropriate and interpretable.
- First-person experience, clearly labeled and never treated as universal evidence.
Review and revision
Source-based pages display or accompany a review date. Material changes should trigger a new review. Broken links, changed guidance, and identified errors are corrected as soon as practical.
Independence
V1 contains no pharmaceutical advertising, sponsored treatment recommendation, or paid placement. Any future relationship must be disclosed near the affected content.
What we avoid
- Diagnosis or individualized treatment recommendations.
- Unqualified cure, prevention, or outcome claims.
- Fabricated statistics or misleading urgency.
- Search-engine filler written without a patient need.
- Using a personal story to instruct others to abandon professional care.
